How The Company
As a company we believe that all work is collaborative, and therefore we push towards horizontal relations in the rehearsal room: in our creative processes everyone’s voice must be heard and is as relevant as anyone else’s. This poses some challenges int terms of duration of the collaborations, interaction and personal relations. For this reason, we are constantly evaluating our methodology to adapt and modify it when needed. In this sense, we embrace our work as a fluid and constantly evolving, and we try to move away from hierarchical and patriarchal structures, opting instead for a horizontal approach.
We are interested in working with artists from different disciplines and backgrounds in the same space, allowing our practices and theirs to be enriched and transformed. To do so we draw from Latin American practices such as devising technique Creación Colectiva or Teatro do Oprimido.
